By booking our services, you agree to the terms described below.


Cancellations by Customers

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Cancellations made at the last minute or no-shows are non-refundable.

Modifications to Bookings

  • You may request changes to your booking (date, time, or location) at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.

Delays and Waiting Time

  • A reasonable waiting time is included (e.g., airport pickups).
  • Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

Cancellations by Chama El Transportation

In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle issues, weather conditions, etc.):

  • You will be offered a full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show by the customer
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer
  • Refusal of service at pickup (without valid reason)
